Where we deliver We deliver across India.
Processing time Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday.
Delivery time (after dispatch)
Gujarat: 6 to 7 business days
All other states: 7 to 10 business days
Some pincodes: the courier may take up to 15 business days
Shipping charges
Orders below ₹499: flat ₹59
Orders of ₹499 and above: free shipping
Please check your order summary for the final charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery COD is available on eligible orders. Please keep the exact amount ready.
Order tracking Once your order ships, we will add the tracking details to your order information and send them by email or SMS. Contact us if you do not receive them.
Our carriers We deliver through DTDC, Blue Dart and Ecom Express. The courier may change depending on which courier serves your pincode.
When your parcel arrives Please inspect the package before accepting it and record an unboxing video when you open it. If the parcel looks damaged or incomplete, refuse delivery or sign "Damaged", and contact us on the same day. Any damaged, defective, wrong or missing item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, as explained in our Refund Policy.
Failed delivery or refused parcels If we cannot deliver because of a wrong or incomplete address, an absent receiver, or because you refuse the parcel, it will be returned to us at your expense. The shipping costs will be deducted from any refund (2 times the original shipping charge).
Bank holidays We do not deliver on bank holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
Delays and transit issues We want your order to arrive on time, but weather, courier problems and other events outside our control can cause delays. If a shipment is delayed or stuck in transit, it may take up to 45 days for the courier to resolve it and complete the delivery. Please track your parcel and contact us if you need help. Once the parcel has left our facility, delays are handled by the courier company.
