1. About us tidyrasoi.com is operated by Tidyrasoi ("we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility You must be 18 or older, or use the site under a parent or guardian's supervision.
3. Products and pricing We try to show products accurately, but colors may differ slightly on your screen. Prices are in INR and may change without notice. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.
4. Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or cancel any order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If you refuse a parcel after dispatch, 2 times the shipping charge is deducted from any refund.
5. Payments We accept online payments through our payment partners and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. We do not store your card details.
6. Shipping and delivery See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays by the courier after dispatch are outside our control. Please inspect your parcel on delivery and record an unboxing video when you open it.
7. Returns and refunds Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video, as set out in our Refund Policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Accounts You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.
9. Acceptable use Do not misuse the site, attempt to hack or disrupt it, place fraudulent orders, or use it unlawfully.
10. Intellectual property All content on this site belongs to Tidyrasoi or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission.
11. Limitation of liability We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
12. Privacy Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted here with a new date.
14. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.
